At DevVastra, every item is offered with heartfelt devotion for Guruji’s followers. Each chola and accessory is either handmade or specially curated as a form of seva. Hence, we kindly request our customers to read the return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
🛍️ Returns
We do not accept returns for any product unless:
- The product is received in a damaged condition

The product is incorrect or incomplete (i.e. different from what was ordered)
Due to the spiritual and personal nature of the products, all items are considered final sale once delivered in good condition.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Send us clear photos/videos of the item and packaging via WhatsApp or email.

Once verified, we will offer either:

A replacement (based on availability)

Or a store credit/refund if the item is out of stock

No complaints will be entertained after 24 hours of delivery.
💸 Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only in the following situations:

The product is out of stock and a replacement is not possible

The customer made a double payment by mistake

The order is cancelled before dispatch (within 6 hours of placing the order)
Refunds will be made via UPI/bank transfer and may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
