- A confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp/email once the order is received.

4. Pricing & Payment

- All prices are mentioned in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept UPI, online payment gateways, and bank transfers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

- We ship pan India via trusted courier services.
- Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days, and delivery may take 5–10 business days depending on location.
- Delays due to weather, holidays, or logistics are beyond our control.
- Shipping fees (if any) will be displayed during checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

- As these are spiritual and personalized items, we do not offer returns or exchanges, except in cases of:
  - - Item received in damaged condition
    - Wrong item sent
- All such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.
- Refunds are only applicable if:
  - - A product is out of stock
    - A double payment was made
    - The order is canceled within 6 hours of placing it

- Spiritual products like cholas should be handled with clean hands and stored in a clean, dry space.
